Worse company I had to deal with ever and I don't usually do reviews but I have to on this occasion
Very bad service horrible staff you can not get your money back they lost the items in the post I just wanted the re sent it's been a week of talking to them saying I have to fill out forms with I sent 3 times and they still saying to me sorry unfortunately we can't do anything until we receive the form with a smiley face, by the way the form is in pdf they want you to edit it witch I managed to do too me a long time and I had to do it 3 times this is not okay, now they can keep there money and products it's not even worth the effort it's a full time job trying to get your things you have paid for. KEEP THE PRODUCT, YOU THEIFS

I ordered multivitamins and when they arrived they had been opened and several were missing, when contacting my protein I got absolutely no where they were rude took days to respond to emails, as there number is not in use. AVOID!

The absolute worst purchasing experience of my life. I accidentally placed an order for an incorrect address. I immediately requested that it be shipped to another address. They would not allow it and told me I would have to place a new order for the new address, wait for the items to be returned from the shipping company, and then a refund would be processed. 4 months later, I am still trying to get my money back. They provided me with a false number where i was told I could talk to a manager. I then reported this and they would not provide me with a number, nor have a manager contact me when i requested this.
I am still going back and forth with their support team trying to get my damn money back.
WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. WARNING OTHERS NOT TO USE!

Use My protein all the time,have used others in the past but did not get same results.Always plenty of bargains to be had.Does a great job,thanks.

I have used myprotein for a long time now and like buying in 5KG bags. I just recently purchased 5KG Unflavoured and 5KG Smooth Chocolate (first time), I normally buy 5KG Vanilla, but when I viewed a previous purchase I noticed the cost was £10 cheaper, so I am holding off until MyProtein gives a better % in discount. I find their discounts very confusing. It always says up to 65% off and I guess this is the catch because its never off the product you are buying. So MyProtein I would have bought 15KG in protein powder if your discount structure wasn't so flaky, but I like your powders.

My main problem is that you never pay the same price for an item everytime I order its a different price. Just pick a price and stick with it. I don't mind a couple of sales a years but is really necessary to have so many different sales/offers!!!!!!

Wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my gym essentials! From clothing to supplements I am never disappointed.

The service is little bit late but surely they give the ultimate solutions to the problem. I like the service support.Thanks Myprotein team.

I have placed an order over a month ago where it has been taking too long and have asked to cancel over both Facebook and on the online customer service. Somehow, I don't get my items, orders have yet to be cancelled and I get charged for the items I have cancelled. Used to be such a great company, its a shame.

They cut an order payment but did not place the order I ordered 3 times, I canceled the first order, the payment for the second order was cut, but the order did not come in history, then I made the third order.This order has come in list but second one was not where is my payment

MyProtein has to be one of my favourite companies. The clothes are fantastic, the proteins high quality, delivery times spectacular, vitamins energising and I have never had a bad experience. There’s usually an amazing sale on once or twice a month so you can grab amazing items at a ground shatteringly low price and I highly recommend to my gym going and couch potato friends as their clothes aren’t just for the gym, they’re great for sitting at home too! If I could give more stars I would.

Am upgrading from a 1* to a 3* as I got partial credit after posting a review online. Was disappointed with the handling of my complaint. Have been a fan of the casein having used it for 3 months, so bought 2 bags more for me and my son. Both were from the same batch and tasted like sand - totally different to my previous experience (thought their casein was pretty good). Having complained directly I was told that this was how casein should be even though I had used it for months beforehand and that I couldn't exchange it (for the same product). Whether it was bad batch or bags not sealed properly I don't know but it was a hassle to get it addressed. Returns should be easier.

Worst tasting supplements that I have ever tasted, they taste stale, powdery and do not dissolve. As i spend a large sum of money with this company i reached out explaining my concerns and a month on i have got no where so its time to warn everyone else. They are the worst company i have ever had to deal with. There customer service, reply time and courtesy for there customers is the worst i have experienced to date. My order was literally in pieces and falling apart when i received it as well and they don't seem to care at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MYPROTEIN!
